Exceptional tasting in an organic farm

A private car, a personal guide expert in the excellence of the territory, a panoramic route on the wine route, are the ingredients of this Valpolicella wine tour. You will visit one of the most renowned organic farms immersed in the Parco dell'Adige: here you will have the opportunity to closely observe the production path of sustainable and organic agriculture and a Valpolicella winery After visiting the orchard and vineyard, you will taste the wines that have made Valpolicella famous accompanied by a fine selection of organic products at Km 0 such as compotes, bread, croutons, and savory creams. The cultivation of vineyards in these areas dates back to Roman times when a wine called Retico was produced here, later the conservation of viticulture was maintained by the Monks of San Colombano.

    Destination

    Verona
