Visit one of the most special craft breweries in Puglia. We will be in one of the authentic villages of Italy, in Poggiorsini, in the province of Bari, a small town famous for being the least inhabited and with the lowest population density of the metropolitan city. Poggiborsini is part of the Alta Murgia National Park. After the guided tour of the village you will arrive at the brewery. Here, you will meet the master brewer, who will show you and take you part in some phases of the production of Murgian beer. You will closely follow how beer is produced and, after various information on the raw materials, processes and machinery used, it will be possible to tap and taste the beers to discover the differences in taste. The master brewer will follow you in filling your bottle, capping it and applying its labels. Everyone will take their bottle away, to be tasted at home.
