The Casal Dragone farmhouse in Matera, since 1920 has been a sustainability project for the Matera area with particular attention to local products. In the boutique you can find the essence, excellence and naturalness of our products at Km 0. In this timeless place you will learn the art of homemade pasta, following the recipes of the Matera tradition, where the flavors of seasonal products are proposed to enhance their genuineness and taste. It will not be a simple cooking class but a journey to discover the fruits that this land offers, guided by the advice of an expert chef.

Evacuati nel 1952 a causa delle misere condizioni di vita, i Sassi ospitano ora musei come la Casa Grotta di Vico Solitario, con mobili e utensili artigianali d'epoca. Una delle vicine chiese rupestri è Santa Lucia alle Malve, con affreschi del XIII secolo.
